An Introductory Program

Designed for youngsters aged 4-7 to improve hand-eye coordination and develop basic racquetball skills. Includes the use of specialized equipment and games to make 30 minute lessons a fun experience,

A grassroots look at the game covering all areas of play, with a strong emphasis on guiding your child towards competition. Watch them gain confidence and enjoy the game.

Children begin to learn advanced stroke technique. Game-based drills are incorporated to help assist them for competition. Children begin to take a more advanced look at the game, with technical analysis and emphasis on match-play.

This program is designed for advanced players. It combines technical analysis, strategy, intense game based drills and tournament preparation.

* 60-minute lessons, max 8 per group.

* All fees are charged by school term.

Interactive Academy of Tennis holds school clinics with local Primary Schools, run by our club professional coach. The aim of this clinic is to give an opportunity to all school children to experience the wonderful world of tennis.

This program is an initiative supported by our clubs, schools and Tennis Victoria.

Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.

Who is Cardio Tennis for?
Everybody! Every Cardio Tennis session is open to players of all ages and abilities.

How long does a Cardio Tennis Session last?
Each session 60 minutes

Do I need to be good at tennis to play?
No. The best thing about Cardio Tennis is that you do not have to be good at tennis to get involved. In fact, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before.

Your coach is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s a great for beginners, more experienced tennis players will also have a great time.

How much does a session cost?
Fee: $15 per session.

Cardio Tennis Sessions are currently on Wednesdays,
at 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

What equipment do I need to play?

A tennis racquet (some venues might have some for hire but it’s best to call before to check)
Your favourite workout gear
Trainers (or acceptable footwear). Call ahead if you are not sure.
Water bottle or sports drink
